Dear Fellow Gamer,

The Hind helicopter was first deployed in East Germany in
1973. Known as the "Bogeyman" by NATO forces, the Hind was
dreaded for both its varied capabilities (heavily armed
gunship & troop carrier, etc.) and awesome weapon power. I-
Magic's Hind simulation will allow players to fly as either
the pilot or gunner.

The final game will allow network and modem play with
Interactive Magic's 1995 hit Apache. In Hind, you will also
be able to control your wingmen during missions as well as
send messages to other players during network and modem
play.

DOS loading instructions: Run the self-extracting file
hinddos.exe. Use the following command line: hinddos -d.
Don't forget the -d ! Then type hinstall. The Hind demo
will automatically load onto your hard drive.

Windows 95 loading instructions: Run the self-extracting
file hind95.exe. Use the following command line: hind95 -d.
Don't foget the -d! Then type hsetup.

Before playing the demo, go to the "preference" screen and
set sound at full. This will turn on the Hind's early
warning system know as "Natasha" (a female voice that warns
you of incoming fire).

In the demo, you can select either Arcade or Invincible.
Invincible mode prevents you from crashing and provides you
with unlimited ammunition. Please note that the demo has an
automatic enemy target tracking system. When you are in the
gunner's position, your view will scroll left and right to
automatically find the next target. To turn this feature
off (so that you can track the next enemy target), hit the S
key.

Have a great time and let us know how we can make even
better games. Be on the look-out for 1M1A2 Abrams Tank &
Air Warrior II later this year.
