Notes on multiple video card support.

The batch files containing the letters (S3) e.g. M1S3.BAT are for running
the simulation on PC's with video cards that use the S3 chipset. 
Example Diamond Stealth.

If you PC uses a standard VESA 1.2 video card, DO NOT use this option.
It will not cause any damage, but your system will hang with the message
'Video BIOS not responding.'
