Upgraded GPL progs version 1.01 to version 1.06

Basically I just modified the messages in the game to sound cool and not
lame for GPL's supiorier weapons.  Like the glocks!  Anyways, I changed
the messages that are printed to the screen in the item.qc and the death
messages/all the rest of it in the client.qc

I DID make one other change!  I modified the code slightly so when either
the Mac-10 or the rocket launcher use a attacker, target string rather
then the normal way. 

Take the progs.dat and place it in your root folder of your GPL folder.
In other words. place it next to your pak0.pak.

Started applying Mapes's changes to QuakeWorld:

qc_qw/client.qc
Changed the powerup run out messages in CheckPowerUps
Changed the ClientObituary messages in ClientObituary
qc_qw/items.qc
Replaced weapon/ammo/artifact names throughout this file

Changed weapon names in DropBackpack in items.qc.
(QuakeWorld and normal Quake)

This does not have the new Open Quartz messages which match the Open Quartz graphics
Added progs.c files to compile old QC (qc folder and qc_qw folder) with new qcc

Added FrikaC's bots and also added my own monster deathmatch code inspired by LordHavoc's monster deathmatch in his DPmod.

Added monster deathmatch, (deathmatch 7) where monsters attack players and will respawn when killed.

Tweaked bot code for Monster deathmatch.
