ASCII Character Map

These are PCX bitmap files that contain every ASCII character in 16-based layout in the colors as they are stored in the same layout. To the side of each character is its ASCII integer value, and the rows and columns are marked with the hexadecimal values (blue is the first [single] digit, and green is the second). CharMap2.bmp also has information quick reference information regarding the sound system as it is stored in ZZT.EXE.

To print this correctly, you must adjust the margins. Otherwise, it will split it to 2 or 4 pages. For CharMap.bmp, it is recommended that you have .47 inch left and right margins, and for CharMap.bmp, .167 inch left and right margins, a .535 inch top margin, and a .55 bottom margin are required to print on a single page.

These images have been enlarged 2x to make them clearer. If you are unable to print these images correctly, you may need to shrink them again using a program such as Microsoft Paint.
